Kitty initially joined Informa to lead the attendee marketing strategy for CPHI Europe and Pharmapack, where she successfully revamped the events' value propositions. She has since spearheaded the adoption of a customer lifecycle marketing approach across the pharma portfolio, leveraging her extensive experience in publishing and telecom to the events industry.
