Lucy Chamberlain is a multi-award-winning international speaker, organisational psychologist and founder of C&C Search and C&C Academy. An ICF Professional Certified Coach and Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, she brings almost three decades of experience helping individuals and organisations build confidence, strengthen leadership and turn potential into meaningful impact.
Lucy’s work explores the human side of performance: how we communicate under pressure, navigate difficult conversations, influence others and find the confidence to step forward. Combining behavioural science with commercial experience, she makes complex ideas accessible, relevant and immediately useful.
